Abie is a modern seafood restaurant in the heart of the city.
Abie was founded to celebrate the freedom and abundance our Mediterranean Sea has to offer. As Israelis, we’d grown used to thinking the Mediterranean was relatively poor in fish. But the deeper we explored, the more we realized the opposite is true.

Each season brings different species of fish to our kitchen — and we celebrate every one of them.
To keep enjoying the sea for years to come, we strictly follow sustainable fishing practices that help preserve its future. Abie, the sister restaurant of Haachim and DOK, is a modern, urban seafood restaurant — the result of that exploration.

The restaurant is named in tribute to Abie Nathan, the captain of the “Voice of Peace” ship, which once sailed the waters of the Mediterranean, broadcasting groundbreaking music and carrying a message of peace and love. We deeply identify with those values — they’re embedded in every part of our restaurant: the food and drinks, the breezy green courtyard, the laid-back atmosphere, and the music that fills the space.

At the heart of the restaurant stands a brick grill fired with citrus wood, where fish, seafood, and vegetables are grilled to absorb bold, smoky flavors. Over it all — and over the food — proudly presides Chef Avishag Levi.
The menu changes daily, shaped by the fresh catch brought in from the sea each morning.
