A Few Words About Us
Abie was founded to celebrate the freedom and abundance that our Mediterranean Sea has to offer. The restaurant is named in tribute to Abie Nathan, the captain of the “Voice of Peace” ship, which once sailed the Mediterranean waters, broadcasting groundbreaking music and carrying a message of peace and love. We share those values deeply — they’re woven into every part of our restaurant: the food and drinks, the breezy green courtyard, the relaxed atmosphere, and the music that plays throughout.
At the heart of the restaurant stands a brick grill fired with citrus wood, where fish, seafood, and vegetables are grilled to capture bold flavors of fire and smoke. Over it all — and over the food — proudly presides Chef Avishag Levi. The menu changes daily, shaped by the fresh catch brought in from the sea.
